The end of May was the start of yet another Library under the Treetops, a library of free reading, browsing and relaxing under the treetops, and a series of interesting accompanying events until the end of August.

The Library celebrates its tenth anniversary this year. One of the most popular national projects in the area of spreading the reading culture was developed from a simple idea of integration of reading and relaxing.

There are 7 reading islands located in Ljubljana: the Tivoli Park, the Zvezda Park, the Ljubljana Castle, the Roman Wall Park, the Trnovska Plaža embankment, the Tobačna 001 Cultural Centre and the Mala Ulica Family Centre.
