Ljubljana made it to the eminent list of 20 most beautiful cities in Europe.

The portal CNtraveler presented its list of the most beautiful European cities. They considered cities with a population of over 100,000 citizens and checked what they have to offer in terms of food, culture, nature and architecture. They have chosen twenty cities and on this list, which is actually in no particular order, is also the European Green Capital 2016.
»Slovenia’s capital city is romantic and charming, and clean, having been named the European Green Capital 2016 by the European Commission. Stroll through the pedestrian-only Old Town, sip coffee on the banks of the Ljubljanica River, or take in the baroque architecture and hilltop sixteenth-century Ljubljana Castle,« as is written in their justification.
