With the presentation of the Spring/Summer 2015 collections, which will be held on Wednesday, 15 October 2014, at the City Museum Ljubljana, the Ljubljana Fashion Week is moving to the centre of the capital.

"The decision on the new location is in line with the fashion week development into an exciting event that inspires, always offers something new and faces the future with its innovative approach. Moving to the city centre, which forecasts the next chapter in fashion activity in Slovenia, will open up the Ljubljana Fashion Week to a wider circle of audience. This year's event will feature the longest first row ever, which is always the most desirable seat – the creations of the fashion designers will be on display for anyone walking along the banks of the Ljubljanica River or taking a step into the LJFW PLAC at the Mestni Trg square, which will hopefully become a reference point of the fashion week," said Den Baruca, member of the production team, before the beginning of the Ljubljana Fashion Week.

The collections will be on display on the banks of the Ljubljanica River every evening from 15 to 19 October.

Eleven Slovenian designers or brands will present themselves in projections: Almirasadar, Draž, Ivan Rocco, LETOUT by Nataša Peršuh, maja štamol, N a t a s a H r u p i c, niOka, PRINCIP by Mojca Celin and Damijana B. Logar, Simona Lampe, Tanja Zorn and the Young@Squat collective.

The LJFW PLAC will be open between 16 and 19 October at Mestni Trg 15 where visitors will also be able to touch the displayed pieces of the Spring/Summer collections 2015. You are welcome to visit every day between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. The LJFW PLAC will also host the brand designers (schedule in attachment).
