The Golden Drum festival and the City of Ljubljana are preparing a competition for young creatives »the Ljubljana Poster Award« for the best and most creative poster on the topic »The City of Ljubljana is green for you. Get active, get fit.«

The aim of the competition is to present Ljubljana on a poster as a city for sports on its numerous green surfaces and to encourage residents and visitors to take part in sports activities in nature.
Namely, Ljubljana, this year's European Green Capital, has over 542 m² green surfaces per resident, 90 hectares of which are new green surfaces created on former brownfield sites.

Applications should be submitted between 22 August 2016 and 15 September 2016, and the best works are going to receive an award.

Just to add, this year’s, already the 23rd Golden Drum is, for the first time, going to be held in Ljubljana, at the Ljubljana Castle.
