Again this year the City of Ljubljana is represented at the largest international investment and property show in Europe MIPIM, held between 14 and 18 March 2017 in Cannes.

MIPIM is the largest international property hub, where each year the latest property trends and key global investment projects are showcased to the most influential property decision-makers and investors from around the world.
For the City of Ljubljana this is an opportunity to present to potential investors the investment environment and actual investment projects in Ljubljana.
This year Ljubljana’s slogan is »Invest Slovenia. Ljubljana – your first choice« and within this framework we are presenting the MIPIM visitors with five key reasons to invest in Ljubljana:
- high quality of life for each and every citizen,
- innovation hub,
- appealing investment location,
- rise of congress and cultural tourism,
- investor-friendly.

At the show the City of Ljubljana is presenting different projects, among others the Emonika Center, the Tobačna City, the Šumi Building, the Grain Gates and the Tower and the entrance building Stožice, and visitors to the Ljubljana’s exhibition area can also take a virtual walk around Ljubljana using virtual reality glasses as a 3D film was made especially for this show.
