On Thursday, 18 April 2024, we opened 88 new city apartments of the Public Housing Fund of the City of Ljubljana in the Zelena jama neighborhood along Šmartinska cesta, ten of which are adapted for people with disabilities.

The Public Housing Fund of the City of Ljubljana, previously publishing an invitation to submit offers for the sale of apartments, concluded a sales agreement with the seller KOSS d.o.o. for the purchase of 80 city apartments and 73 parking spaces in the Zelena jama residential neighborhood, and for additional eight apartments and five parking spaces in the garage, they concluded a barter agreement (in exchange for two plots). In total, they acquired 88 apartments and 78 parking spaces.

The value of the project is 11,140,105 euros without VAT, and in addition to its own resources, the Public Housing Fund of the City of Ljubljana also obtained funds from the Recovery and Resilience Fund and received a loan from the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia.
