At Vič, on 18 May 2016, the new residential area Dolgi most was opened with 30 non-profit apartments.

The residential area Dolgi most is comprised of three individual two-story apartment buildings with 30 non-profit apartments, out of which one apartment in every building is suitable for movement impaired persons.
All three apartment volumes are designed with apartments arranged along a continuous outer hallway on the northern side while the living quarters are facing south.
Between volumes Za progo 3 and Za progo 3A there is a lift enabling access to apartments in all three volumes.
The housing units are designed as apartments with two and three rooms. Each of them also has a pantry.

The total value of the investment is slightly over 3 million euro.
