The Gruber Channel has been renovated.

The new docking area with 12 new wharfs and 2,500 m2 of new surface presents itself as an opportunity for further development of river traffic, improvement of the tourist services and establishment of conditions for development of public transport traffic on the Ljubljanica River.

Contract value of construction and artisan works summed up to 3,198,980 EUR, of which 2,228,797 EUR were funded from the European Regional Development Fund. The wharfs were designed by the architectural studio Atelierarhitekti d.o.o.
