Kabiné Šerinjon is the name of a mobile platform enabling its users to rent items of clothing and fashion accessories by Slovenian designers and vintage clothing from the Reuse Centre without any charge.

This year already over half a million visitors at the Ljubljana Castle
The Ljubljana Castle, the main tourist site in Ljubljana, was visited by 560,795 people in the first half of the year, and the number of passengers using the funicular railway saw a significant increase, as well. The number of tourists in Ljubljana has also reached a new record.

Ljubljana received two URBACT Good Practice titles
At the URBACT Good Practice call the City of Ljubljana received two good practice titles, namely, for its Bee Path and for including citizens through its Citizens’ Initiatives service. Almost 300 cities sent in their applications.

Live statue of Jože Plečnik
This year we are commemorating the 145th anniversary of birth and the 60th anniversary of death of the great architect Jože Plečnik. This summer the anniversaries are going to be marked also with a life statue of Jože Plečnik at the Breg embankment.

Ljubljana, eight most bicycle friendly city in the world
In 2015, Ljubljana first made it onto the list of top 20 bicycle friendly cities in the world taking the 13th place, and this year it improved its ranking. It made it as high as the 8th place on the »Copenhagenize Bicycle Friendly Cities Index 2017«.
