For the seventh time, from 12 to 21 June 2015, Congress Square is to play host to the "June in Ljubljana" Festival, which is set to serve up a diverse free programme of cultural events.

Ljubljana was for the first time placed on the list of 20 Most Bike-Friendly Cities on the Planet. We were ranked as 13th.

In the framework of the 2nd Health Festival the Ljubljana Pharmacies made a donation to the Ljubljana University Medical Centre emergency station – a fitted paramedic motorcycle Honda VFR1200X Crosstourer.

Brochure “Access City Award 2015”
Ljubljana is ever more accessible and friendlier. Our efforts in the area of unhindered access to built environment, public transport, information as well as diverse services and programmes for people with different types of disabilities have also been recognised abroad. We are presenting the brochure Access City Award 2015 published by the European Commission.

Guided Tours at the Žale Cemetery

Stop vandalism!
The City of Ljubljana is launching a socially responsible campaign against vandalism “Man, take care of your city, you only have one” as a strong message that vandalism is unacceptable and to stress the importance of respecting our common public space.
