Tasks

- to prepare and execute MOL's budget, final closure of the budgetary accounts and other acts in the financial field,

- to set up the asset balance sheet and manage the records of financial assets and a collection of records of MOL's other assets,

- to manage financial transactions,

- to manage bookkeeping,

- to monitor and supervise the use of assets by budget users and to notify the Mayor of possible illegalities and to suggest to him appropriate measures to remedy problems,

- to carry out tasks of managing MOL's financial assets,

- to carry out financial examinations of all MOL's legal business that is prepared by bodies of the City Administration and to give professional assent,

- to give its professional opinion on the concordance of investment programmes with financial resources,

- to give opinions on materials for the City Council that have financial consequences and are prepared by bodies of the City Administration.
